Management control, a daily experience

Before going on holiday, we check our luggage, travel and identity documents because any shortcomings will cause inconvenience. Instead, when we get into a car, the on-board electronics warn us in real time about the occurrence of possible problems. What was initially just a fuel indicator, has evolved over time into a dashboard that also informs us about the insufficient tyres pressure or potential collisions with obstacles. The management control is therefore a daily and natural activity; only by controlling we can prevent problems, improve ourselves, and maximize profits.
